Who We Are

From Mocktails to Cocktails. Coffee, Hot Cocoa, or Hot Apple Cider. And everything in between. A large wedding or a small gathering of friends and family. A Full service bar with many different options.

Adam Wooten started his love for food as young man who joined Home Ec class, because that’s where all the girls were. He brags about his Baked Alaskan. In 1989 he started making cakes for his employer’s retirement parties, The Hutchinson News. He made his first Wedding Cake in 1991. That couple still brags about how great it was.

Roseann Wooten started her baking in her Grandma’s kitchen. Helping her kneed the Mennonite Zwieback. At age 16 she started working at Furr’s Cafeteria. In 1992 she started doing the weekend baking for Furr’s. Breads, Pies, Bread pudding, Cobbler, and Apple Dumplings.

A few years went by and a boy met a girl. Even though they only had the occasional interaction, there was a connection that neither one told the other about. In late 2000 after some conversation and being turned down 3 times Adam finally got Roseann to agree to go out with him.

In 2002 they were married. During that time Adam continued baking. And he created their signature Chocolate Strawberry Cake. While Roseann still dabbled in baking, she left the cake decorating to Adam.

In 2003 Roseann started ‘helping’ Adam with cakes. Learning from him the techniques of cake decorating. After a few setbacks in the business, Wooten’s Sweet Cakes was born in 2005.

Fast forward to 2023 after doing countless wedding cakes, birthday cakes, or any other occasion you can cake, the couple decided to go all in and purchase a trailer built by Aerobuild out of Nashville, TN. And with that Bubbles & Brew Mobile Bar was created.

*AND did we mention Adam is also Ordained. How’s that for one stop shopping?*
